Our client, a global leader in the cast pallet wrap stretch film market across Europe and the Middle East, seeks a President for their Middle East operations based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, to lead and drive the growth of the business.  The MENA market is the fastest growing region globally w ith the firm looking to increase production capacity and sales growth across MENA by 50% in the next 12 months.  We seek a Leader to strategically grow this business with strong commercial acumen.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the proven performer we seek will be responsible to:

• Direct, lead and manage the company directly and indirectly of 70 staff to meet organisational strategic and operational objectives.
• Develop the sales strategy and revenue growth across the MENA markets.
• Achieve projected budgets.
• Be the key representative for the firm in relation to clients and stakeholders (government authorities, key accounts, etc).
• Submit monthly management reports as required on company revenue and performance to the Board of Directors who are a JV between a major Saudi conglomerate and a European market leader.
• Ensure minimal Health and safety incident across the company.

The attributes we seek for this successful candidate include:

• Candidates must possesses a Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Manufacturing or comparable and possess a minimum of 15 years experience in the manufacturing sector. Exposures to the cast wrap stretch film or plastics manufacturing market being highly regarded.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector across the GCC markets will be highly regarded.
• The exceptional communicator must have strong commercial acumen and will ideally have excellent networks across the manufacturing sector. The ability to work across various levels of management and within a multi-cultural environment is essential.
• A good command of English (written and verbal) is necessary.
