Insurance Officer - Claims, Superannuation and Life Insurance
The role of Insurance Officer - Claims will see you responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of Life Insurance Claims
- End to end management of claims from lodgement to finalisation
- Assessment of various reports including medical reports
- Payment of approved claims
- Liaising with Insurance companies and medical professionals
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Insurance Experience in Life or Superannuation (call center, admin, claims)
- High Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- A proactive and positive approach
